For the last It's a Crafter's Companion Challenge Blog (the challenge blog is hopefully being revamped and should rise like a phoenix from the ashes), we were asked to recycle magazines/newspapers, use 3 buttons and glitter. Here is my entry. The picture looks a little washed out because the light wasn't too good.
Youtube video. It was cut from newspaper and the edges were coloured with distressed inks. The buttons have a piece of paper ribbon (the type you use on presents to make the curly ribbons), and the sentiment is stamped using 'peeled paint' distressed ink. The paper used if from a 6 x 6 K & Co paper pad Classic K. I have used stickles to highlight around the flower and on the flower itself. As the flower is so deep I will have to make a box to put it in.
